This site uses no cookies or code of any sort for the purposes of re-targeted marketing or marketing of any sort via Facebook, Google or any online platform.

The information we collect

• Course enrolment forms: If you become a course participant you will need to provide us with your name, email address.
• Contact forms: When you seek a response from us via a Contact Form, you provide your name and email address.
• Polls and Surveys: Some pop-up polls and surveys are embedded into some of the pages on the Mathstaples site. You may choose to respond to one of these and include your email address so that we can respond to your comment.
• Sign-ups for free offers: There are a few free signup offers on this site where you are required to provide your name and email address in exchange for a free tutorial or other offers.

How the information we collect is used

Regarding the information that we collect (as per paragraph above):
The course participant information is used for the running of courses, support and contact during the courses and to offer course-related information of professional interest to you.
Contact information provided by you via contact forms, polls, surveys, free sign-ups and/or other web-based tools is used by Mathstaples to respond to your requests. We may also occasionally email you updates and course-related information of interest to you based on your original requests.

Opting out

Any electronic promotional or direct marketing message you receive from Mathstaples will come with an unsubscribe facility to opt out of receiving messages from us.

How we protect information

We are committed to ensuring the security of your data, both physical and electronic. All information we collect about customers is retained electronically in a passwordprotected environment, not accessible by mobile devices and only accessible by Mathstaples.

Disclosure of information

Your information will not be given, traded, rented, or sold at any time. We may, however, be required by law or litigation to disclose personal information.
